Agentyx, a Quebec-based voice AI integration company with a team of 20–30 people, had no shortage of applicants: over 500 applications came in for technical roles. The problem was that the co-founder, was personally reading every resume and conducting first-round interviews himself. For a founder running a growing AI integration business, that meant hours every week pulled directly away from clients, product, and revenue. A public-facing careers site handled job listings and applications, blocking disposable emails and feeding every submission directly into a backend that immediately ran AI resume screening — producing a score out of 100, a written summary, and a breakdown of strengths, gaps, and red flags against internal role requirements that candidates never see. Candidates who crossed a defined score threshold were automatically sent a private interview link with no manual action required. That link opened a live AI video interview — a structured 20–30 minute conversation that asked role-specific questions, followed up on vague answers, and saved a full transcript and audio recording on completion. The Hire Portal gave the Agentyx team a single dashboard to review every candidate's screening score, interview score, AI recommendation, transcript, and recording — so by the time a human sat down to make a decision, the first two rounds were already done.
Within days of the platform going live, Agentyx had made 5 full developer hires — roles that previously required Jeremi to personally screen hundreds of applications and run first-round calls one by one.
